A white paper is just an article that talks about the organization's philosophy and position on various subjects. In some cases, they can be political, social or a non-detailed explanation of the product technology, framework or architecture. It usually explains the conclusions, results and construction from a design or development effort.
At Comodo, we understand your need to learn as much as possible about various products and what they do before making a final decision. You cannot make an informed decision if you don't know enough about the topic or product, so we have made things simple by including our white paper.
With IT, white papers are usually written by an expert in the field or someone who created the product so it can explain why the product is necessary, how to use it or something else about it. It can talk about specific products or may explain more about technical topics.

Almost anything can be considered a white paper, as long as it has a voice of authority and speaks to the reader in a way they can understand. While most of these articles are provided for IT personnel who already know the terms, they can also be read by business owners and managers to help understand the process and terminology.
We only ask you for your name and email address, which are required for us to email you our whitepaper. A telephone number is preferred, but not necessary.
